We are a new user and testing our account. We sent a 55 baht payment to our account and Paypal placed it "on hold" (new account?) and deduced a 13.17 baht fee (26%) fee. Is this possible?
We also use Omise for our other payments. They include Paypal. Is it better for us to do Paypal under Omise?
