I just setup my PayPal account, linked bank accounts and confirmed via authorization codes, confirmed email address. When I try to send money to a friend PayPal does not recognize the two bank accounts I have linked and keeps asking me to "link a b ank account." What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions? Thanks.
