I have recently opened an account and am sending costly goods to clients, what happens if they get goods, but do not confirm receipt do I get my money

You need to read up on paypals seller protection so you can see what they do and DO NOT cover you for.
Secondly be aware of scams, no funds in your paypal BALANCE means you have not been paid regardless of what any 'fake' paypal emails may tell you.
Also read up on the new seller hold > put payment on hold in HELP for your countries link ( I don't read French ).
Advice is voluntary.
