New Account Defaults to UK

When I try to set up a new Paypal account, the default country(!) is the UK, but I am in New Zealand so wish to add my New Zealand address. However, I can only choose from a list of counties in the UK. How can I get around this please?

Sorry, have found it. There was a little UK flag on the lower right as I came out and tried to signup again. Clicked on this to select the country. Be easier if it was more obvious, or at least stated somewhere.
