Negative balance

I have a negative balance.there is 3 option for payment first one send cheque (which bank cheque accept?) Second one is cashier's cheque ( from where u get cashier cheque?) Third one is money order( from where i can do money order) i am from india

Usually money orders and cashiers cheques can be issued by a bank. The cheque or money order would need to be in US Dollars.

You do have other options according to PayPal India. 1. Receive a payment and the negative amount will be deducted from the payment. 2. Send a payment and the negative amount will be added to the outgoing payment.

No I don't have any other options because i am suffering from Account limitations. I am totally fedup. Some one told me you pay through you debit card but i have no option to pay thorough debit or credit card.

You could try asking banks in your area about obtaining a cashiers/bank cheque in US Dollars.

Can i send a demand draft in favour of paypal

I'm not sure of this. 

You will definitely want to contact PayPal support and ask if this will be acceptable to pay with.
