Need Help! Fees on reversed transaction

Hi

Last October 10 i transferred my money on my bank account and it got reversed.

I was surprised that i supposed to receive the money i transfer with the first fee deducted but why i get another fee this time its big while my transactions are reversed and not received by my bank.

Details  850.00PHP  - 250.00PHP  600.00PHP

Why is that so? Can someone explain this to me?
