How do I figure out my account number or what ever, so that I may start receiving monies

The email address that you use to log into PayPal is how your account is identified for receiving PayPal payments.

Another option is creating a PayPal Me link. This is your own personalized PayPal payment link. 

Here is the PayPal Me link.

If you create a Me link; choose carefully, you will not be able to change it in the future.
