My order

My order hasn’t arrived and it’s been very close to 4 weeks now. Me and my sender think it’s lost. I got cover protection so what’s the fastest way to get my money back?

All your seller has to do is issue you with a refund, and then they can claim from any postal insurance they took out when they sent the item.

If they refuse to do so then open a dispute for non receipt of item via clicking on the transaction in your paypal account and using the 'report a problem' link at the bottom of that details page and selecting non receipt of item.

 

Most good sellers would refund you without having to open a dispute though.
