I have a payment to Tesla. Tesla accept only paypal. So I used paypal paying $ 150 to Tesla. My question is - Where is my bill? No one won't pay $150 for me. I have to repay $ 150 to the someone who pay for me, correct? I am looking for the bill payment or whoever I need to pay $ 150. How does this system work?
