I erroneously upgraded my Personal Account to a Business Account; however, my primary use of PayPal will be to send and receive money from family. How do I downgrade back to a Personal Account keeping the same card information?

Hi, @THOREG,

For your account to be downgraded from a Business account to a Personal account, you will have to contact us via chat and we can do that request for you.

Furthermore, I would like to inform you that even though your account is a Business one, you should still be able to send and receive personal/family payments.
