Hi everyone, my friend has set up a new PayPal account and he made the account on email adress which was not right and also did not care to verify the email, now I have sent him payment on that email and he still hasn't received it yet. What can we do?

Then if it remains unclaimed and you don't have a cancel option it should 'time out' 30 days post payment.

Friend has to add the email address you sent payment to, to the PayPal account, and confirm that email address to claim money.

Tried that but the fact is that we don't have access to that gmail account, in fact no gmail account has been set up by that username, I know that because I checked on gmail user availability but we are unable to make an account by that username because on account setup gmail is saying that this usernamr is not available.

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?
