Hello, how do I reach PayPal on phone from my Kenya. The number provided is not going through and I got it from the contact us page. Please assist on how I can reach the customer service to explain my case since even my emails won't be replied.

The phone number that you find on our website after clicking 'Help&Contact' would be the correct one for your Country. For Kenya, the number to call is a U.S. phone number so please make sure that your mobile provider allows you to make international calls.
