Does PayPal make you buy google play to remove hackers from my account

I called PayPal to asked them about my account been charged and the person who answered me said that my account is not fully protected and any body can pretty much can get access to it and he say that he will help me with this problem and he say that I need to a 100 google play card is this true or I been scam.

Scam, HOW did you get that number?

If you used google OR got it from a scammers thread on this website then you got a scammers number.

Paypal NEVER posts its number on this forum the ONLY way to get their real number is by clicking help/contact bottom of paypal pages.
