My account and moneys sent to me? My pin??

How can I know if my account is fully set up so i can have money sent to me? Never mind i have to many questions. Never have been totally clear as to how pay pal works. Thanks im going to try a different route.

Eventually, you will reach a limit and PayPal will request identity and business documents. In the meantime, go ahead, link a bank and or card to verify your account and use PayPal; they will let you know when they need something.

As for pins, you can access different security pins from the security tab in your profile.
