My WP Woocommerce monthly subscription payment doesn't work with PayPal.

When I try to pay with credit card and PayPal, I get:

Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

I am using glpchimp's subscription plugin with WP & Woocommerce and Divi theme (all up-to-date).
