Multi Order Shipping Issues?

I have been trying to print labels all morning from the Multi Order Shipping and keep recieving this error message.. is anyone else having these issues??

I try to review and pay and still get the message We’re unable to process your request. Please try later. but this is crazy because I have to complete this asap!

Yes, I have this issue and I really need to send out my shipment and not able to reach anyone at PayPal for an answer!
