Moving a credit card to another account

I am trying to use my credit card form my personal account to on my business account, I have removed it from my personal account but it still says it is linked to that account when trying to add it to the other. How long should I have to wait until I can move it?

I would give it 72 hours for the system to play catch up and recognise its been removed from the other account.

But you may not be able to link it if the billing address of the card does not match the address of your paypal account.
