More Fee Increases in August 2019?

Just received an email that I am hoping is a fake.. Saying the 20p per transaction is going up to 30p in August??????

 

For low value product businesses this is quite an astonishing decision....

 

True or Fake email?

Wow it's true. Thats going to be in final nail in our business coffin sadly. What an increase. Wow. Any business selling on ebay any goods under £5 that's going to totally destroy them. And the corporations continue to boom. What a tragic state of affairs retail is in moving into 2020...

Thanks for help anyway. Just such a shame paypal continue to use and abuse small businesses. It's corporate greed at a monstrous level. Sad really. Just sad.
