so I live in Namibia and we are able to pay internationally using paypal, but we can not receive payments. recently I read that we actually can receive but there is no way of actually transferring the cash into our bank accounts, so my question is, can I just accumulate my payments and then use that money to pay my future international purchases. So using it as a kind of savings account.
