Monthly Subscription cancellation

Hi, I've been trying to cancel a monthly subscription that is debited from a bank card. When I go into payment details it doesn't offer a cancel subscription, and according to the 'Manage Payment', I have none active . So, how do I stop re-occuring payments. Many Thanks for reading this..

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

If its not in there then phone your card issuer to stop it.
