How can I transfer money without currency exchange from one country to another between two accounts (different banks and countries) with the same currency. What are the fees?
there should be no conversion fee of 3% if the receiving Paypal account will accept that currency and state in its profile it wants to keep that currency,it will have a separate balance in that currency.
but when it tries to transfer to a linked bank account,thats a different story.
