How do I transfer my money from pay pal to my credit card that is liked to my account

PayPal accounts in the US are not able to withdraw to a credit card.

You may withdraw to a linked debit card if the card is eligible. You'll know the card is eligible if it shows as an option when you initiate a withdrawal.
