Money taken from bank

Hi everyone Not sure what to do. My bank has had a withdrawal from PayPal for £1. I have not purchased anything for £1 on any other sights and it's not alctually showing on my PayPal account. The bank says I need to resolve the issue with PayPal but how can I if it's not showing on my PayPal history? Thanks in advance Vanessa
