About a week ago a friend sent me about $95. A week later and the money status is still pending, even after passing the date in which the money supposedly would be let go. Along with this my account has had a notification that an issue needs to be resolved but when I click on it it just takes me back to the pay pal summary page. Trying to open the notification through the pay pal app leads me to a screen that says that my session has timed out. I have also gone and try to see if there is any open cases in my resolution center but there ain't any. I want to know how to fix bot of these issues and if both of them are related to one another.
