Money request from currior service for delivery of free electronics ?

I got n emaiy through pay pal asking to pay a 25 dollar currior fee for some free electronics from some place don't know where want to know if I'm covered for the 25$ if this is a rip off.being that it's through PayPal I feel safe but want to make sure.

Please don't pay anything you are unsure of. Please forward this email to spoof@paypal.com and the relevant team will investigate further to see if it is from PayPal or a phishing email.
