Money can't be sent

So when i sent money to someone i got a text from PayPal asking me to reply to confirm I sent the money buy the number it sent from can't receive replies can anybody help me out here?

Hi @Big_dog97,

Thank you for your post! If your mobile service provider will not allow you to send texts to short numbers, you won't be able to reply to the texts that PayPal will sometimes send to notify you of a payment made through your account. If that's the case, it's perfectly ok. The payment will go through without a response. 

If you ever see a text message for a payment you did not make, you can report the unauthorized transaction in the Resolution Center.
