Mobile number confirmation

Hi there I'm trying to set up my pp account with 2 factor authentication and I'm not getting the passcode text messages. I believe it's because my mobile number is unconfirmed. How do I go about confirming it? Its correct on pp but does not give me the option to confirm it. Thanks!
