Hi,
I need to send a secure email to PayPal with information they requested according to an email I received from PayPal. They said to use message us. However there is no email button on that page. In fact I can find no email button or email option on any PayPal webpage. I followed instructions from numerous chats and from the original email and can find no email button, I just keep going in loops. I even tried the resolution center, but got into a try again loop. Is this a problem at my end? Is there still and email option? Is there a solution to my problem?
