Why when the message system tells you it may take hours for a response, does the system ask you if you want to stay logged in?
Surely if they are going to take so long to answer, that means you need to stay logged in?
PayPal is probably the least helpful system I have come across for customer service and I deal with many different companies as part of my work.
Guess they ask you in case you don't want to stay logged in and will try again later?
