Any message written by the BUYER appears in the received email from PayPal....and it also used to appear in the SELLER PayPal account by clicking a link on the actual transaction which went to a basic PayPal page with all the details of the same transaction INCLUDING the message from the BUYER.
This link option appears to have disappeared in the last few days, meaning that the message is no longer anywhere on the transaction ( apart from the original PayPal email ).
Is this a known bug/problem or has this Message facility been withdrawn?
It really is useful for a copy of any message from the BUYER to be available to be read in the transaction listed in the SELLER's PayPal account.
