Hi, I got an mail from Paypal stating that I won a bitcoin as the buyer and seller would equally get half of the amount. Is it real or fake?

Does the buyer claim that a shipping agent will collect the material from me and I have to pay extra charges for his transportation?

Is this message fake or real?
