I've sent a message through the message center to PayPal, they said the estimated response time is 24 hours. I've not received a response in 2 days. Is this normal? and how long might it take before I actually receive a message?
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
