I am a Merchant in Australia. I am using Woocommerce to make sales online. I am registered for GST and I already take out and pay tax myself from every sale.
Paypal is adding an extra 10% GST to all my customer purchases when they shouldnt be, because I am already taking tax and paying it.
For example, I did a test purcahse of $1 including tax.
When the customer goes to the Paypap pay screen, they add $0.10c onto the payment, so it makes the customer pay $1.10
I've already tried to change the displayed price on the website to exclude tax, but the checkout automatically adds the tax back in so the customer can see the total amount.
Sureley there must be a way to tell paypal to stop adding tax to the purchases?
