Hi,
I am trying to understand the refund fees. Here is the issue. I have a Merch account with PayPal. I integrated the PayPal API with my website. My customers can request a refund from my website, which I pass it to PayPal thru the API. but when I do that the customers doesn't receive the full refund. But they get their money back minus the transaction fees.
My question: Is there any way to do a full refund and if there is any fees I need to pay it not my customers and they need to get the full amount of their money.
