I wanted to send in around 500GBP to a friend to which I had to top it up to 700USD seeing that you charge around 30GPB as service, but instead I was charged around 62GPB and my friend received 488GPB.
The amount "Recipient gets" was 516GBP is where my issue is at the moment, it did NOT say 488GBP.
The amount I put in was 700USD, which in normal rates should be about 547GBP received. Again, received amount was 488GBP.
Please guide and let me know how it goes here in PayPal. Thank you.
