Malaysia support phone number unreachable

Hi Im trying to contact paypal support using phone number from paypal site but it unreachable. As i know paypal already closed Malaysia Office. May i know it also effect phone support. Thks

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
