Depends on what is showing next to the transaction.

1. Sent or completed.

2. Pending / Unclaimed.

3. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.

Depends on how you funded that paypal payment.

1. Bank account or funds in balance.

2. Debit or credit card.

Depends on how you 'sent' the payment.

1. Goods / services.

2. Friends / family.

3. Money request or invoice.
