Looking for info/pointer from Help Center

In more than one article from Help Center about fees there is this sentence (citation):

"

For full details about the fees for receiving different currencies, please log in to your account and click Fees at the bottom of the page. Fees will be charged in the currency of the payment.

"

There is NO link "Fees"  at bottom OR any other place of page after login !!!!

Any advise / help ?
