Im thinking of emailing paypal. but Im giving this a shot
So. Im locked out of my account after I did everything that was needed, but I still cant pay money to anyone, I just have over 1 thousand $ sitting there I cant do anything with it. I confirmed the card, did everything that was needed in the resolution center and still locked out.
