Is there anyway to call and actually talk to a real person? I'm trying to file a claim and it's not letting me because every example is for the buyer. I was the seller. I got scammed. All emails looked so legit. But after several, I realized I was scammed. I already sent the buyer the item requested. The email said from PayPal they needed a tracking number before releasing funds. So that was fine. But, then they wanted the buyer to put another 400 on my account because of some limit. Then they wanted me to buy 400$ worth of giftcards. Needless to say, I'm out my money and the item that was shipped. When I realized it was a scam, I intercepted the mail and wanted returned to me. However, the freaking post office delivered anyway!! This whole experience has been nothing but problems!!!!

Re: Livid

They encourage you to accept a 'direct' Paypal payment and may ask you to send the item internationally.
No funds or activity of the transaction shows in your Paypal account and any emails 'may' go into your junk/spam folders.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from isn't because they don't actually have a Paypal account and have no intention of paying you.
It will say the buyer has paid won't have been paid.
They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

Once you have become a victim they may try again with more fake Paypal emails with other 'reasons' that you must send them a payment via tokens or vouchers for validating your account or to pay a clearance fee or any other rubbish they can think of to scam you of more money.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Paypal NEVER expect you as a seller to send any money / tokens or vouchers to be able to recieve funds.

You won't be able to open a dispute as NONE of the transaction was done using paypal site.

It was done via FAKE paypal emails.
