Linking Bank Accounts

Is it possible to link another bank account to my paypal account. 

The one I have currently linked is a UK bank and I would also like to link my Spanish bank account, therefore I could send money to either

Paypal is country specific so if have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
