I cannot link my PayPal account to eBay. I want to switch from an individual ebay account to a store and need to link to paypal to do this. I've called ebay who sent me to PayPal. I've been on hold for 45 minutes and cannot wait any longer. Does anyone have an answer for this? Is there a support chat for this? This is so frustrating!
