When i try to link my Bank, it said "Sorry, that bank already linked to the maximum number of paypal account." Actually, i have 2 paypal account. Does 1 bank account for only 1 paypal account?

1. That would depend on what country you are in.
2. You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk being limited.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
