Hello,
I just need to undersand what the Letter of Authorisation is about, please.
I am BH, a shareholder in XYZ Limited. I live in Morocco.
The owner of the company is BR and lives in the UK.
I am the manager of the company and I will be managing everything on this Paypal account.
Please, tell me if this the right way to fill out the letter:
To Whom It May Concern,
BH registered under Registration Number: <removed>
represented by BR
in my capacity of Owner
confirms that it authorises the following individual(s) to act for and on behalf of the Company in handling all
matters related to the Legal Entity’s PayPal business account(s) registered under the email address(es): ...
Name and Surname: BH
Position in Company: Manager & Shareholder
Signature: (The Account Onwer signature: RB)
Please, let me know if this is how it is done.

The Letter of Authorisation is required for business accounts with legal entities. Basically, we require permission from the legal entity that the account has permission to act on their behalf. It seems you have the information correct.
