I received an email about some changes in legal agreements and it says it applies to me.

I don't sell any products, I am an online tutor based here in America.

Am I the only one receiving this email from PayPal?

Why did I receive this email ?

Your a seller if you sell goods OR services, you sell a service.

So any changes in seller policies applies to you as well.
