Have been trying to get a response, unsuccessfully, from Paypal through their messaging service for nearly 3 days - anybody else having the same problem or is it just me? Or is it normal?
If everyone sent x1 message and waited then you would get a reply a lot quicker.
However users on this forum on a daily basis are posting up to 20 messages in a few days, so times that by the amount of persons trying to contact paypal you could have up to 20 agents dealing with 1 persons multiple messages.
No wonder they are inundated and the wait for a reply gets longer and longer.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
