Am I the only one who is frustrated with PayPal's not providing human contact via telephone or chat to ask questions and resolve problems?
Over two months ago I ordered some clothes. From China; “Nuchic” or like that. They sent a tracking number that I don’t k ow how to track. It must be somewhere in China. I have asked PayPal to help me. I got to the place where they are apparently investigating but for the last two weeks they have been postponing the solution date. I can’t get PayPal to give me any communication about why.
If these people were to do their jobs and read what they are being sent instead off replying to what they think they have read, a lot of problems would be solved. Wishful thinking on my behalf. As far as I am concerned they should hang their heads in shame.
