Hello does anyone know a secret to getting a hold of anyone in this company?  I did the call back thing and when it called me back it went to fast busy so I called again and sat on hold for over 20 mins then it hung up on me again.. Live chat is a joke as what i need does not fall into the list.  I would like a supervisor to call me back.  You can really tell the change in this company as it is bought and sold.

If we can't help then.........

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thank you I made contact finally through live chat but something is so different.  I could call Pay pal and ask a question and they really answered the questions now it seems as if they are on a script and cannot do anything that is not part of their script.  I asked questions that were never answered etc.  This used to be a reliable company my last few interactions with them have been really disappointing.  I used to have confidence when i used paypal for purchase.

Your right there customer services seems to have gotten worse over the years.

Some agents give wrong or misleading information from what I have seen on here.

Don't think training is high on their schedule  Smiley Frustrated

What kind of questions have you not get answered? Did you ask them to find the answer, and perhaps try mailing them? I think indeed contacting them via Twitter or Facebook, more experienced people work at those platforms.

On customer service, it probably different on different locations. Some have a few weeks training and then they get on the line which they learn as they work. So perhaps you got new hires on the phone if you has not got answer. Though they should be able to find out by just asking for help or escalate it and come back to you via mail. Depending also what kind of questions as well.
