Is it..............

1. Pending with a clearance date?

2. Pending / Unclaimed?

3. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option?

4. Pending to a Company as a pre-authorisation?

ok then that means the payment has gone to an email address not associated with a paypal account, in that scenario it 'times out' 30 days post payment.

BUT keep an eye on it because if its claimed that is the time to step in and open a dispute.

Also the funds would be pending in your funding source so if you contact them they may well release them back to your funding source for you to save you waiting the 30 days.

I thought I had just told you that??

You either wait the 30 days for the pending status to time out OR you contact your funding source and ask them to release the pending funds, they may not do so but then you would just have to wait 30 days.
