Item not received from other sites besides Ebay.

Hello All,

What if we buy stuffs from other sites rather than Ebay and the item we bought does not arrived, might be lost on it's way. But the seller provide shipment receipt. Are we getting a refund?

You can file a dispute for non receipt of item and the onus would be on the SELLER to provide trackable proof of delivery of the item to you.

If he can't then you should win the dispute.
